Coicidence Verizon didn't get Nexus S? Prime!

Do you guys think it is a coincidence that Verizon never got the Nexus S. ATT just released the S and Sprint released the S in May. Maybe Verizon knew they were getting a device with ICS and decided against the S because the prime is only a few months away.

What ya guys think? Any coincidence here or am I crazy?

Could be. At this point, they should consetrate on working with Google with the Nexus 3/Prime.

I think Sprint Got it so they could be the first Nexus with 4G... Also Verizon was pushing the I4 and probably didn't want to hard those sales or it was part of the deal with Apple not to get the phone.

They new they were going to get a ICS device. Everyone was getting one just what type phone. I don't think they where looking to skip the NS for the Prime though. IF google was planing this phone back then I think they would be talking to manufacturers first to get the specs down and design...
