com.gameassist.plugin.trbox.apk Hijack virus. HOW TO FIX IT?

In my tablet got unknown type of virus, that download com.gameassist.plugin.trbox.apk, my antivirus doesn't detect any malware in that file. I uploaded this file for experts to check it, but be careful. Thanks for replies.

Did you download that apk yourself, or did it suddenly show up on your phone?

it randomly shows up on tablet, e. g queued 8 download files com.gameassist.plugin.trbox.apk,
com.gameassist.plugin.trbox.apk, ...

What tablet do you have? You posted in the HTC Sensation forum, which is an old phone, so I'm assuming this was in error. I can move this thread to a more appropriate forum, if you tell us which tablet.

Does this also happen in Safe Mode?

Have you installed any apk files from outside the Play store?

Do you happen to have the app 'launcher for Terraria'? I'm having the same issue and looked it up and found that it might be the issue. If not I'm not sure what else to do
