com.sec.android.gallery3d deletion will i still be able to view photos in gallery

[Android Central Question]

My Note 8 memory is full and use a dual sim for two numbers out of U.S. and need to free up space or buy a new phone. You indicate this com.sec.android.gallery3d, File, that opens then to File and then Trash is the personal space and not to delete. If I do delete, will I still be able to view my Gallery photos? Any other suggestions for opening up space in my Note 8 64Gig?

Hi would try loading some files ,pictures and video to your sd card and start using Samsung cloud/google photos to free up space and delete unused apps.

Welcome to Android Central! It's not clear what you mean. Are you talking about deleting the system app called com.sec.android.gallery3d (which is the stock gallery app)?

Looks like they were talking with someone already , but they cant delete that unless rooted

Yeah, I'm not sure what thread they might have been referring to. OP, if you register on the forums, you can more easily respond within the thread where you saw that.
