Comments w/o Rep (+ "Not" everything I wanted to know about Google Photos)

First a comment on commenting... kind of a pain that I wrote out a long comment, and then went to submit as was told I don't have enough reputation to comment there... It would be nice if I was told that *before* I was invited to comment! (Maybe this Q will earn me some rep?!)

Great article but it's *far* from "everything I want to know"... I'm a HUGE fan of Google Photos but a have plenty of unanswered questions. For one, I like to see a comparison chart of which features are/aren't available in the Web app vs the Desktop app vs the Android app. Also I have a theory that certain features are not made available to older cell phones?

Another big one: How to HIDE an album? I saw an option once on the app so I know it's possible, but I wanted to first know how to UNHIDE, and now I haven't been able to find the option, or any solid answers, since. Everyone has some pics they don't want accidentally displayed to an over-the-shoulder looky-loo!
