Common Bug moving app to folder?

Most of the time if I try to drag an app on one of my home screens into an existing folder, I have to first restart the phone since otherwise the 3 home screen pages I have keep moving in an endless loop and I can't move the app into any existing folder. My friend has a Sprint version of the G2 and he occasionally has this happen too. Is this a known bug? It's driving me nuts!

I haven't seen or heard of this problem before, but here's what you can do to avoid it:
1. Open the folder to which you want to add the program.
2. Click the plus (+) in the top right corner.
3. Select the app(s) you want to add.
4. Click OK.

Thanks Steve, I was looking for something like that. The problem must be related to a combination of settings since it only does this with the stock launcher and not any other launcher and is very reproducible. Another reason I'm looking forward to 4.4.
