Completely Bricked HTC One

Hey guys. Just recently got an HTC One, tried rooting it. It seemed to work pretty well, but when I rebooted it, it just gets stuck on the HTC screen. I can't access the system files, I tried to restore to stock, but I think my build is 3.something and I can't downgrade. Help me please! I think this thing is shot, but any help would be awesome.

You're probably fine since you are getting the splash screen. Do you know how to use adb? If so try:

adb reboot recovery
Or
adb reboot fastboot
