Since this phone has expandable storage, I would thing that a 32gb model would be fine. I have a 32gb galaxy S7 EDGE and have plenty of storage on it still. The difference in price might sway me.

If you're doing fine now then why not stick with 32. If you need more buy a sd card. Cheaper to do that.

Ditto. If 32gb is good enough for you now then you will be fine with the Honor 8 32gb assuming same usage.
