Confirmation messages take ages to go off, like ''Message sending''/sent,'' etc.

I seem to be having problems with these pop up confirmation messages like on eBay when you send a seller a message it says ''message sending'' or ''message sent'' and on other apps like they take ages to go off.
In some cases like 1 or 2 minutes to disappear from the screen which it covers other stuff which you can't see and have to wait.
Like I said not only eBay I had it on a PDF file i received it said I have ''downloaded file'' or something like that and ages to go off the screen.

Is there a time out setting, so they go off faster or just a fault.

All what you have put on the picture mine is the same.
It's a pain at times say you send a message from eBay then after you have a text it stops on over the message you are trying to read.
It does it even on text,say i write a text then leave it i get ''saved to draft'' and there for a nice while.

They should only show for few seconds , I'm trying remember what thread I was involved with a workaround about this

Go to the Accessibility settings and make sure that 'Time to take Action' is set to default.
