That was either light blue or white. So, the colors I have seen so far include: purple, green, blue and/or white. The chance that it's true multicolor is looking good.

Just wondering about something. Do you know how to assign a color to each app? Is there an app that manages the notification colors?

I've only so far seen some apps that allow you to set notification LED color but most apps don't.

I found another video that displays the notification led. P3Droid posted it on YouTube.

Looks nice and bright. I love the slow fade on and off. There have between several sources that have seen the phone that mention it is multi colored. Hoping that there will be apps to customize which color shows when. If not, root will more than likely be the solution to that.

Hi guys,

my colleague came back with the phone. Blink doesn't work in getting the LED to blink. I can only use Google Talk to get the LED to blink. SMS doesn't blink the LED. And reason why it looks like multi-colored is because there are other colors in the white that blinks together...

I need a way to get the LED to blink at my discretion...Blink doesn't work.

Otherwise, it only blinks WHITE in my case....

Ok, I just tried LED Tester. IT WORKS. I can take a video and upload later...

You guys know what? I think it may actually be a 2 shade color LED...There is a contrast in dark and light color of say Yellow. Like top part is light, bottom part is dark. SOMETHING like that.

OK I can definitely confirm it's multi-colored RIGHT NOW. But which app will get the LED to blink, I have absolutely NO IDEA except Google Talk. Google Talk gets it to blink white.

Video doesn't do it justice, the 9 colors have a bunch that appear white cos of the camera.

But I tell you guys what, you all have my word, using LED Color Tester, all the 9 pre-defined colors appear as it is. Truly multi-colored.

I just need to know how to get an application to display the LED light...native SMS doesn't blink the LED at all.

I'm so happy that it will have a multicolor LED! I just switched to a Thunderbolt from my OG Droid and really miss having a different color for each type of notification!

I really can't wait for this phone!!!
