confuse to predict if samsung galaxy s3 is duplicate or orginal

i am very much confused, if my mobile is duplicate or not.
my back camera stops working (back camera option doesnot come) and when trying to open the flash light, flash light not supported message is seen ...
when trying to call, mobile goes to black screen,everything works that time but not the screen.
My battery color shown at top is blue.

mine is currently 4.2.1

Yes, that is a fake. It runs on a dual core MTK6577 chip. Not the original Exynos dual core on the original S3.

It's definitely a clone phone.
