Confused on SD card, freeing up space, etc..Help!

I have a Rezound and am getting low on SD Card space (total space, 1.86GB, available space, 605MB),.

I still don't really understand on the Droid devices, what gets stored on the SD card and what gets stored on internal memory?

Can this be altered, too, and if so, to make my device run as smoothly as possible, what should be getting stored on internal and what should I be throwing on my SD card?

I use the APP2SD app...

I move everything that it tells me is ok to move...

Things that can't be moved are app's with widgets you use... live wallpapers...

With the rezound, you have 2 sd areas... Internal and external.... moving to either should be fine.
