Confused on this LTE dibacle for the Inspire

That's crazy fast! That's faster that my Comcast internet. At those speeds pages must load before you even click on them.

Yeah, it's faster than my home internet through Charter (20 mbps on average), and it's on par with my office Verizon FiOS. Unfortunately I don't get those speeds at home. I still get good speeds, but when I'm at home it's still better to stick with wifi.
