Confused- Why would anyone buy the HTC One X?

Design is subjective. I prefer the One X's design to pretty much anything out there. Matte white? Sign me up in a heartbeat.

Even if AT&T was my network, and I've contemplated going back to it (my wife is on it anyway), I could NEVER get the One X.

Now, if they gave the X a 32GB or SD option, I'd consider it, but 10GB of free space is a joke and insulting. 16GB was Apple's biggest storage option in 2008. And here we are with 64GB options and HTC/AT&T have this laughable slap in the face.

Now, not everyone needs more than 10GB, but if you do, you can't do anything about it.

Personally I dont want 4g if I cant get unlimited data. So I would not consider ATT or Verizon.

3g is fast enough where i live for what I use my phone for. 4g will be nice when it comes, and if Sprint keeps its unlimited data plans as they have said.

Network > Device > Pricing is how I look at it currently.

This is my view as well. My motto is: "What good is the latest super phone without a solid network to use it on?? As to price, what good is cheaper when the service/product you're getting is subpar? There is a lot of truth to the axiom "You get what you pay for."

I got the EVO LTE the other day and absolutely LOVED the phone. Unfortunately I had to return it last night. I got absolutely no signal from the phone all weekend. Last night I had to drive 20 miles from home before I finally got a signal. I live in a rural area of NY near a lake so I guess that's why. I practically cried when I returned that beautiful phone.

I have an ancient Palm Treo 700 that is way overdue for an upgrade but Verizon just doesn't seem to have a phone I like.
