Confused

Hey guys, I need help and I figured this would be the best place to go!

I just rooted my Nexus 7 device....but now I have no idea what to do next, how do I find apps/ROMs/tweaks etc etc?
Forgive my lack of knowledge, I am a new Android user.
I will greatly appreicate any advice

Xda is good place to find roms and kernels. I'd start by reading the rom root guides stickied in this forum. That'll get you started
