Connect lg g4 to rca tv to watch hulu

How do i watch a movie from my phone on tv using usb port or bluetooth

I use Netflix with my chrome cast everyday. Went to start it up today and it won't connect. I reset the chrome cast and my phone with no luck. If I push the cast button in the Netflix app, I can see my chrome cast going in and out of signal (it shows my chrome cast as available and then it disappears, reappears, over and over again). Youtube, HBOGo, and Hulu all seem to be working fine. I'm using an LG G4 on android with Netflix version 3.14.2 and purevpn smartdns for unblocking usa library. I did a factory reset on my chrome cast and it works.
