living the connected lifestyle with a connected home, with phones, tablets, wearables and devices in my home - and also a massive coffee drinker - I'm interested in connected coffeemachines or bluetooth travel mugs.
Ever tried such things? any recommendations?

Well, I don't think connected coffee machines or Bluetooth travel mugs make coffee taste better, but there is an argument to be made for something like Ember, which keeps your coffee at a particular temperature, which is a good thing.

Yes, I've had my eye on the Ember Mug too - and I also saw Phils review of the mug, something like the day after my post
Why I'll only drink coffee from this $150, Android-connected mug | Android Central
But after the review I have more doubts about the mug...

Regarding connected coffee machines, I certainly see in automating coffe brewing that coffee will be ready when I need it - but my concern will be that if something goes wrong, it brews all over the floor when I'm not home...
