Connecting A5 2017 to my PC but can't transfer files

[AC Question]

I connected my new A5 2017 to my computer.
Installed KIES.
Still can't see my phone as a drive (as I can with my E7).
Installed several drivers and still, all I can see is - the phone.
In my E7 I can expand the phone to see 'Phone' and 'SD Card' and in each I can see the folders, copy files to and from and so on.
With my new A5 2017 I can see the phone's name, and that is IT...
Any ideas?

(PS, my Samsung E7 runs Android 5.1.1 Lollipop, so the Marshmallow issue sounds a good direction. Thanks)

As a phone, it serves the purpose. As a music player, not bad at all. As a hand-held computer, pretty good. As a camera? Keep away.
If you have any specific question - fire away...
By the way, as for the price - in Israel it is considered to be a pretty cheap phone...
