Go in the Samsung Apps market. There is a free app for Galaxy to make data copy easier. It uses the speakers to set up the link and works over a wifi link for the data.

The tool I have used is Samsung Smart Switch Mobile.

Now if you are trying do a simple 'bump' data transfer between two devices with NFC, it sounds weird that two S5s together would not cooperate. I'm not sure Smart Switch is what you need. Trying to remember, does the S5 have a wireless storage mode? My Flex has a mode where it becomes a data server over Wifi.
