the question is how o be able to connect to hidden networks, not if having a hidden network is better or not...
for sure it is not wrong and windows XP era is way behind us
also having a hidden network may be easy for someone to sniff and find but it is invisible to the one who will not sniff...
in the same way we should not use alarms in our cars or motorcycles, since anyone can potentially sniff the transmissions
dont take it personally please it is not against you. I have the same problem with Lenovo Yoga tab 3
