HELP
My computer will NOT maintain a connection with my Galaxy S5. I have the phone connected by USB cable. I have tried three different cables in four different USB ports but no love.
I can see - briefly - the phone in My Computer, but it crashes immediately. Occasionally, I can get to the DCIM folder and then Camera within, but I cannot offload any photos to my computer; the connection crashes almost immediately. SO frustrating.
Same issue with photos on my miniSD - can see them occasionally, but cannot download without removing the card and connecting it directly to the computer, so obviously this is a phone issue, not a computer issue.
I have Lightroom and Adobe Bridge (links to PhotoShop) both loaded and both current (Creative Cloud versions).
Is there a software update I'm missing or something?
Had exactly the same problem with my Galaxy S2...
