CONNECTION PROBELM OR INVALID MMI CODE (HTC One M7)

Dear All,
Please can someone help me out with a lasting solution to this issue, i have not been able to use my phone ''HTC One (M7)' for once since when i bought it, in fact am currently regreting buying the said phone not because of bad quality but nothing more crazy than this annoying error message that as always hinder me to enjoy the phone.

I cannot make call neither receive calls, the most annoying part is that i cannot even recharge, i've bought air time numbers of time that i couldn't even load. I've also been trying the code *3282# but story remain the same.
Someone should please assist me on this.

How about bringing it back where you bought it and asking them for one that works? Regardless of where you live, selling something that doesn't work, unless it's clearly sold "as-is" or "not working", is probably illegal.
