Connection Problem

Why when my screen is off my wifi/3g connection is off but when I turn it on it connects again? Like its sleeping or something. I have sleep mode turned off also. Anyone else have this happening to them, how do I fix it?

Mine was doing the exact same thing. Then it started not connecting at all and 4G dropped constantly. It was discovered that the radios had gone bad in the phone. They are replacing mine.

Same thing on my still stock GB refurb. Never did it on my original Rez (Nov.>May) running stock or custom rom. Settings don't seem to alter or control it in the slightest. I'm wondering if it was a mod they tossed in the last OTA. Is this occurring on the "leaked" firmware, as well, now?
