Connection Restricted

First time using phone on trip. I turned off a lot of stuff to save battery. Now at home on wifi I can't connect to Google Play - says to check my connection. I am on my home wifi, connected. The only thing that looks different on my home screen is the AT&T symbol is missing from the top left and a warning triangle with exclamation point is there. Also on the top right there is a downloading/uploading icon that is constantly streaming. What did I turn off and didn't remember to turn on?

I'm not positive, but it may be a sin card issue, that might be what the symbol is. You could try pulling the Sim and putting it back in if a simple restart doesn't fix it.

Are you sure you turned all the "stuff" on? Have you tried rebooting you phone? Have you tried clearing the "cache"?

You used to much domestic roam data. They turned off all data until your month refreshes.
