Considering purchasing this tablet..need some help!

Sorry. I meant that I like to use Google Handwriting Input when taking notes instead of typing and I like it on OneNote.

Got it. I use Evernote instead of OneNote. I am glad you mentioned Google Handwriting Input. I didn't know it exists.

If you're gonna get a Tab S I'd suggest you download and use Samsung's S-Note. It works better with non-active Stylus since it has a 'magnifier' function. When using a soft-tip stylus input isn't precise and it's, in fact, quite choppy. Scribbling notes in 'normal size' would either force you to write gigantic letters to get legible penmanship or cause you to write worse than a doctor in a hurry if you try to write in normal size. Cue in Magnifier. This magnifies a small portion of the note area and lets you use the full bottom part of the screen to fill that area with. That way, you can write in big letters at the bottom but the 'end result' in the actual note is a regular-sized, legible and closer-to-your-handwriting result. Last time I tried OneNote on a tablet it didn't have that, so it steered me clear from it.

One thing to note, though, is that in non-S-Pen tablets you CAN'T block input from your hand, so be careful not to rest your palm on the screen while you're scribbling away! (One more reason I like the magnifier function, since the writing area is always at the bottom of the screen, but the area where the note is being taken can be moved to wherever you want and it even auto-advances and skips lines. )
