consistent error when trying to purchase Samsung apps

Hi there,

I've tried 4-6 times now on my Gear S2 on different days (so it's verified not a temporay server problem) to purchase a couple of watch faces via the Samsung store. I can download the freebie ones just fine. When I try to purchase one and after selecting PayPal as the payment option (which IS set up) I get the following error:

Error: Unable to complete your transaction. System error occurred. Try again later. (Error: S2000/P/05GEX)

I just tried again with a different watch face and the last 4 entries changed to 09RYP so those apparently are always different.

How do I get past this? (Edited to add that I did try check-marking the box to install from outside sources & that didn't help either.)

Deb, I don't think you can buy apps unless you have a samsung phone. I could be wrong but thats my impression from reading posts.

Sorry, the only times I have read about that problem was when they didnt have a samsung phone. Hopefully someone else has a solution to this problem.

I'm having the exact same problem and I'm using a Samsung Note 3 with Android 5.0 and the new Gear Fit2... can't buy anything.
