Constant "Not Responding" msgs for almost everything on 4.4.2

All of a sudden, just about every Google app and system process, including such fundamental things like Google.com and "Process System", have started showing popup error messages reporting they're "not responding". My phone is a Samsung Galaxy Light, running system v4.4.2, My carrier is Metro PCS.

This started happening right out of the blue. The last change I made was about 6 weeks ago when I un-rooted the phone.

What should I do? Thanks!
