The moment I plug my charging cable into my note 10+ it reboots and continues rebooting randomly while on charge. I have tried different cables and chargers with the same result. Please help.

Things to try, in increasing order of desperation: clear system cache; try it in Safe Mode; re-flash the firmware; factory reset; send the phone in for warranty repair or replacement. It's quite possibly a hardware failure, in which case only the last step will help.

Welcome to AC!

Have you tried using a wireless charger? That might help you determine whether it's a software or hardware issue.

Make sure the charge port is clean . Also try in safe mode as suggested above

Hi guys. Thank you for the response. I found that charging in safe mode worked. The phone did not reboot. The only thing I did was switch off as man Samsung Dez settings as I could. After that the phone charged without rebooting in normal mode. I cannot find the device apps except when searching for them. I'm a bit confused about how the dex apps could affect charging and cause rebooting. Any ideas ?

That's great, could of been a bad coded app.

Must be a 3rd party apk... tracking it down can be painful.
I use Device Manager to do that on devices not rooted.
I clear all apps from memory then get the glitch to show then see what apps are listed on the clear memory of Device Manager.
I have a package blocker (PD MDM) so I disable that app and see if it got it. Sometimes you need to go after the dependencies.
My package blocker clear app caches that are missed using Settings for some reason.
Guess it clears nulls the other misses. Fixed a Android apk bug like that without a hard reset.

Running services in Developer Options may be useful as well in helping to track it down.

Play with it...

while charging, you should unplug the charger and do this press and hold the Home button and the sleep/wake button simultaneously for about 10 to 15 seconds, until you see the Apple logo on the screen of your note10+
