Constantly asked to unlock phone even for trusted devices

Now I have taken my security password off my phone so its unlocked all the time. Thats the only solution I could find.

You have to do an initial unlock once youre connected to the trusted device for it to stay unlocked, but that doesn't explain why you would have to do it multiple times unless you're losing Bluetooth connectivity. Does your car stereo have Bluetooth? You could add that as a trusted device if you do and see if it stays unlocked connected to that. I have a vent dock for my phone and I use face unlock and it works great. Usually it just unlocks when it lights up, but sometimes I have to tap the screen once then it unlocks.
