Constantly downloading 34 files

My phone is constantly showing it is downloading 34 files but I don't have anything downloading. It goes away then comes back about 10 minutes later.

What happens when you long press the notification and the tap the "i" that pops up? That should give you info on the app that's doing it.

It goes to the download manager
But gives no info on any app
