Constantly freezing, no mobile network, IMEI null

[AC Question]

My samsung note 3 sm-n9005 become constantly freezing, mobile network is unavailable, and IMEI null after reinstallation of firmware.

I had tried reinsert SIM card, factory reset, and clear cache partition but still not work . Can anyone help me?
