Consumer Reports: Note9 is best smartphone

Consumer Reports especially likes the Note9's improved battery life ("It’ll get everyone except the most extreme user through a day without needing to recharge") and durability (it survived 100 2.5-foot falls with front and back glass intact; Note8 back glass cracked by 50 falls and front by 100).
