Contact edit button

[AC Question]

I am trying to edit a contact on my moto z...I went to settings, contacts, brought up the contacts name and there is no edit button. I have a star, a pencil and the 3 dots...no mention of edit .

The Pencil button should be the Edit one. Three dots is Menu. Star is to save as a favorite.
