You need to add it as a new contact under your own name with the associated information you want inputed.

My contact info comes up. Had my name and phone number. I think you need to sign into your Gmail account on a computer and add yourself.

Yeah, click your name and press menu and edit. You can click the plus sign and add a home phone. You can also add a website.
