Contact Ringtones

Having issues with contact specific ringtones. Some work and some don't. Does it matter if the number is programmed in as XXX-XXX-XXXX or (XXX) XXX-XXXX or XXXXXXXXXX?? Any help is appreciated!

I also have everything on the SD card in the correct media folder.

So this still isn't working. I use the feature so I can tell who is calling w/o having to read the phone number and contact first. Sometimes the ringtone works and sometimes it doesn't. I have set them up correctly, and can't understand what else I can do to make these work??

Ive had this issue a few times too. Will work fine most of the time but sometimes just plays my default ringer instead of the specific ringtone chosen for the person calling.
