contact transfer

Hi everyone
First time here and confused I want to transfer my contacts from my old Lg envtouch to my bionic
can anyone walk me through this. I have used backup assistant for the env now what do I do

Do u have back up assistance. On touch use it to back up contacts. Then use BA on bionic. Or go to vzw have them transfer. Maybe the touch can back up to SD card check the contacts setting

Yes I have backup on my touch and did backup contacts
So now I go to backup for my bionic and then transfer is that correct when I went to backup be fore fo rbionic I didnt see any where to transfer them the list was empty. just confused I guess

I'm pretty sure you can use backup assistant then go to the verizon website, sign in then export the contacts to a csv file. Then go to your google account and import contacts and add them to your google account. Them just have the bionic sync your google contacts. I didnt like the vz backup. Hope this makes sense or some one can explain it better.
