Contacts deleted.

Passed my phone to a friend to put their contact info in. When i got my phone back the only contact I had was theirs. It seems they deleted all my contacts. HELLLLPP!!!!!!!!!
Can I retrieve my contacts? If so please tell me how?

Yeah, I did the same thing when my phone was new and I freaked. But, I opened the Contacts app, hit the menu button and found a listing for Contacts to display. Since I have my phone check 3 different email accounts, I saw somehow the wrong list was being displayed. (I think Phone was checked instead of the gmail account I needed)

I tried to figure out a quick way to delete everything in the Contacts folder that your friend might have done and cannot duplicate it. You must just be displaying the wrong list.
