Contacts disappearing

Nice to hear your replacement is perfect.

Not that you'd want to have to use it, but you do know that you can backup your contacts to your phone storage via the contacts settings menu? It creates a .vcf file that can be imported back into GN2 contacts or into nearly any other contact program.

I know that but still a pain to go into contacts and they aren't there. I don't remember all phone numbers and my favorites disappeared as well. Would have to power on and off and did a factory reset. I would click on contacts and it would be empty. Just vanish!. That's not acceptable to me.
