Contacts only showing from Facebook

My other Galaxy S4 broke and Sprint replaced it today. When I was in the store, I asked them not to sync my contacts as the last time it happened, I had 4 copies of all my contacts. I am using an application from Wondershare called MobileGo. It has allowed me to backup my other phone so I could get everything to the new one. I see that all contacts have transferred over but the phone won't display them. The only contact I get are those with a Facebook account. When the transfer of contacts is finalized, I do only see everything for an instance then its back to only those from Facebook. I have tried the settings in Contacts to no avail. Please help!

Where you saving your contacts on your prior S4 as Google contacts? If so then your contacts should have synced back down from your google account. Make sure you signed into your google account and allowed it to restore, if you're past that, then go to your phone and to contacts. Tap the menu button to the left of the clicky home button and touch "contacts to display". There you should see a list of all the contacts accounts you have signed in on your phone. If the only thing with a black dot to the left of it is the Facebook account, that is your problem. Touch "all contacts" and then that should solve your problem. If not then you may need to make sure you sign into your Samsung account because it would have backed up your contacts if by chance you weren't saving them as Google contacts (which you should always do for sake of keeping your contacts between devices and brands) and allow that to sync your contacts. If all else fails, start manually entering them, just make sure you check which account your are saving them to as you do. Once you select google, it should come up as google on the next contact you enter.

As I mentioned in my description, I've already done those steps to no avail, still doesn't show contacts. And I have about 500 entries so manually is not a viable solution.

Same thing happened to me last week... All my contacts that were NOT facebook are gone... lots of missing phone # - I'm going to try getting them off my old Moto Photon.... PITA, though.
