Wall Street Journal articles will "stream" on your watch, meaning one word pops up at a time at a fairly good clip.
This evidently came from speed reading training--it's been available on "Instapaper" on Android and it's a pretty interesting way to read. Makes a lot of sense as a quick way to read longer passages on the watch.
