Copy files from Drive to USB NTFS storage via phone

Sub. is giving me an error that it can't work. I have Microsoft/NTFS and total Commander at my unrooted Flip3
 
Welcome to Android Central! As far as I know, NTFS is not compatible with Android. Have you been able to use NTFS on other Android devices in the past?

With Microsoft/NTFS Android kan read NTFS files and this is working at my phone as I wrote in my question. Problems is when moving/paste from cloud to USB storage connected to my Android. It's starts coping but it gives error

The article is referring to the same app as I have described in my question. And this don't work for me because file manager can't find my USB storage

In My Files app you don't see it under storage?

No I can't find it there but as earlier mentioned with app Microsoft/NTFS Android and Total Commander the storage is there.
