Copy/paste on Gmail app samsung mega

Hi all,
Please forgive me, if there's an existing thread with the answer, but I read 5 or 6 existing threads, and I did not see an answer (or I did not understand an answer.)
When I cut something, whether it be text from a text, email, IM, etc., and go to paste it in a Gmail letter...
When I do a long-press, I see some options (format, select all, cut, and half of the 'copy' option), but it seems that the 'paste' option is simply too far to the right, basically invisible to me, thus un-clickable.
I tried shrinking the screen...no dice. I tried switching it to desktop view, but I guess you can't do that with apps. I also tried doing it from one of my browsers, but that caused me more headaches.
So, does anyone have a suggestion for me?

The font you're using in Gmail may be too large, try a smaller one. But, if you just copied some text from something then Paste should be the first option, so not sure your copy operation actually worked, our you can't copy whatever it was to Gmail. Have seen that also.
