Copying contact's avatar and numberf to home page

In my Moto Z Force, the stacked dots options in Contacts allow me to place the contact on my home screen, with the contact's avatar. Thereafter, the contact opens from the home screen, as expected. However, I'd like to place the contact's avatar/default telephone number on my home screen, so that tapping the icon automatically dials that number. Now, the contact opens and I must select/tap a number. Thanks!

There's a direct dial widget for that. Long press on the screen to get to widgets.
