He actually said to cancel. Said good luck ordering from Verizon now and getting it early at all if I did. Just being a d-bag! Said his Costco mgr will back him up too.
Well we'll see come Tues, because I will be armed with an internet full of people having received their phones and a Verizon rep ready and willing to tell them it's ok that they release it to me-because it was sent from Verizon to me, has my SIM card in that particular phone so no one else can use it. Have spoken to 4 VZW reps that have all said Costco is being ridiculous and to certainly call in if they are unwilling to give it to me the day it's received. Also if I cancelled since that phones being received by Costco with a SIM card/paperwork for me then I'd be on the hook for it. Not to mention VZW confirmed they've already billed my acct since it's since shipped. So if I ordered another, then I'm having to pay for 2 phones.
