Costco Galaxy S7 pre-order status?

I called the kiosk at Costco in Twin Falls, ID 4 times today. I finally got someone that would actually talk with me, not just ask my last name and tell me that it's not in yet. The rep told me that all of their pre-orders are taking longer than usual to get in. Especially the S7 Edge in silver (guess which one I pre-ordered on the 4th?)

I asked if they had any in stock...they said "yes". I asked them if could then cancel my pre-order and just come in and pick up one that they have in stock. They said that they couldn't because they did not have an assigned serial number for my order yet. They told me that they were told that they wouldn't be in until AT LEAST March 30th.

This is total BS. They are even giving people the same offers I got when I pre-ordered it 2 weeks ago!! At least honor your pre-order customers before they go on sale to the public. They said that they will look into it and call me back tomorrow. We'll see..
 
If they are telling you March 30th you need to elevate it to management. You are being penalized for pre-ordering and that's not right.

My wife picked mine up on 3/16 from Costco. The VR headset and 64gb card included. Some wait involved, but all good in the end. My S4 was getting glitchy, so I wanted the switch and happy so far
