Couldn't hang up the phone

Made a successful 3 way calling, after finished talking, I couldn't hang up the phone. So the phone call was still active until the other person hung up. I couldn't manually hang up. I can still go to the homescreen. I tried end task the phone app, force stop, but that was for contacts only. Anyone having this issue?

Sounds like a bug in the caller app.
Was it the stock call app or a 3rd party one?

I sometimes have the same issue on a regular call. Cannot find the active call app to hang up the phone.
