Had my S5 for a few days now and for some reason today it’s giving me problems. There have been so many updates since I got it that I can only assume a recent one has caused the issues. I am on the 3 4g Network in the UK.
Issue 1 is that I can’t download/save photos from the internet. I click on a picture and Save Image and maybe 1 in 3 are successful, but the majority just saying they are downloading and never do and there is a progress bar that never even gets to 1%.
Issue 2 is that videos just aren’t playing from Youtube wether I use the Youtube App, Chrome or the Android internet. They just say an error occurred or the video cannot be played.
Any advice appreciated.
