Cracks and chips on back, will a skin cover?

My 3 month old note slipped out of my pocket as I got out of the car. Nargh! Lucky it landed face up as I had been using it naked. Bought outright, so no insurance. I will get it replaced eventually but it the mean time I want to cover up the damage. There are two chips that you can feel. Would a skin cover that up or do you think that you would it would be visable?

A skin should do a decent job of not only hiding it but it should help keep it from spreading and more pieces falling it.
