Cradles for LG Optimus V

Given that the Optimus S is the same body, this thread is useful (from Optimus S accessory forum):

I have the Verizon cradle for the LG Vortex. It works "ok":

• It's a USB 1.0 device, so file transfers are slow.
• While the charging connection is stable, the USB connection isn't. You have to press the Optimus firmly into the cradle to get a USB connection and it will definitely disconnect from time to time. I haven't yet taken the time to see if the cradle could be modded in some way to allow the Optimus to sit a bit deeper.

• Take a large binder clip (over an inch wide)
• Clamp down on a USB plug (See PIC)
• Pull off the squeezing clips
• Add Velcro for more stability if needed
