Crazzzyyy battery life

What kind of wizardry did you do for this to happen? I'm getting 4.5 to 5.5 hours of sot. I deleted the memo app like you suggested. I talk a lot on the phone for work though, so maybe that is my issue. That's just amazing.

It's weird.. I 5ish hours when I'm using the phone pretty heavy.. I don't have Facebook installed and I'm not using Gmail. That's about it. I keep GPS and Bluetooth on, I don't use WIFI as that seems to always drain my battery.. I've turned on battery saver 'immediately' off and on when I know I won't be using it (to keep it quiet really.. during meetings and such).. and that's it. Screen I don't have too bright.. When I put it on auto brightness it does use a little extra juice.

I'm very happy with the 2017 phones where it comes to battery life. LG and Samsung are finally learning how to optimize their phones. Maybe this is the one good thing to come out of the Note 7 fiasco. No complaints about battery in either forum.

Here is my 1st charge with my G6
Fyi my version is dual sim and 64gb version and i have installed 2 sims and no sd card
So far super happy

I've owned both LG and Samsung and I can say that I feel as if LG has a more optimized OS and more reliable battery life. I never have to worry about charging it until bedtime.

Well I am not as impressed with the battery life or the charge speed(using the included charger and cable) as some of you are seeing.
I'm getting about 4-4.25 hours of SoT Took off my charger this morning and hit 15% warning at 3:30. Took about 2 hours to charge to 100%.
I have a number of phones to compare to with similar apps and uses. (Pixel XL, Mate9, OP3) Capture+_2017-05-03-15-38-00.jpgCapture+_2017-05-03-15-38-17.jpgCapture+_2017-05-03-15-36-56.jpg

Whats in the "App Usage" section of GSam? Its showing 67% used by apps. Thats high.

Didn't save that. But typically its combined app CPU which is vague without root. After my charge it's still running around 70%. My pixel is running around 56% for a comparison.

you can open more permissions through ADB. But that's a little weird. hmm.

Im also getting amazing battery life on the g6 especially compared to my v10.

I'm getting around 4 hours of screen on time

But still setting up the device so I expect that to improve hopefully

Cant disable quick memo though and greenify doesnt see it!

5.5 hours SOT time for me today. May not sound like a lot but for me that's really good as I'm a heavy user, have Bluetooth connected to my smartwatch non stop, push notifications all turned on, always on display on its brightest setting, WiFi and 4g throughout the day, screen on auto brightness etc etc. Only my 2nd full day with the phone so should get even better once the apps start optimising over the next few days. In comparison the best I got from my s8 Plus before the G6 was 4 hrs 50min SOT so I'm really impressed with this
