Create Mailing Group in Ckntacts

Is there some way I can create a contact group then copy and paste a list of email addresses as one would in Outlook BUT for Samsung Mail?

My work email works fine in Samsung mail BUT I cannot figure out how to create a contact group. I don't want to add one email addy at a time. I want to copy 25 from Excel.

I swear I used to just click on the list of names in to to box and I could create a group from them?
